Paid Media Veteran Andy Amsler to Lead Team, and Annette Lee and Mia Logan Join as Senior Members

Digital advertising is more complex than ever as technology and social platforms react to the call for greater transparency and data security, and yet even more vital as organizations look for new ways to engage their target audiences in light of COVID-19. Precision helps organizations navigate this ever-changing landscape and strategically invest to find, target, and move people to action. To build on its strong history of creating data-driven, innovative, and effective ad campaigns, Precision has hired Andy Amsler as its new Director of Advertising, as well as Annette Lee as Managing Principal and Mia Logan as Principal.

Andy brings over a decade of experience working with high-profile campaigns, Fortune 100 companies, and leading advocacy groups including T-Mobile, CrossFit, Wells Fargo, Senator Doug Jones (AL), Governor Steve Bullock (MT), Voto Latino, Protect Our Care, and Maryland State Education Association.

Most recently, Andy led the paid media division at Mothership Strategies, where he founded the Democratic digital agency’s advertising and advocacy practices and led the execution of high-impact paid communications programs. During the 2018 election cycle, he worked with campaigns up and down the ballot to translate polling and objectives into game-changing digital plans. His work helped elect 85 Democrats — including 3 U.S. Senators, 44 Congressional challengers and incumbents, and 38 state and local candidates — as well as register 170,000 Latinx voters and raise $150 million dollars online. Leveraging his technical know-how and industry expertise, he also helped Mothership Strategies develop key systems for recruitment and capacity building and enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Previously, Andy worked at consulting agencies developing innovative social and digital communication strategies for startups, nonprofits, Fortune 100 companies, multinational corporations, and foreign governments. He also created a first-ever social analytics offering to uncover top influencers and key insights for client campaigns.  Andy has also worked for the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Global Leadership Campaign, and Obama for America.

In addition to Andy, Annette Lee (Managing Principal) and Mia Logan (Principal) have also joined Precision’s expanding ads team. Annette is a seasoned digital strategist who has developed winning political and advocacy campaigns and most recently served as a senior director of online strategies at Blueprint Interactive. Mia is a multi-disciplinary digital marketing expert who has worked with clients in a variety of industries across platforms, and most recently served as a senior advertising specialist at Beaconfire RED.

“Investing in digital advertising is critical for our clients — from progressive campaigns and nonprofits that tend to get outspent online, to businesses that increasingly want to take a campaign-style, always-on approach. That’s especially true right now as we all think about how to break through in an unprecedented media landscape. Andy, Annette, and Mia are the best in our business and their expertise will be a big deal for our agency and our clients,” said Teddy Goff, Precision co-founder and partner.

“We’re thrilled to have Andy, Annette, and Mia join our growing team. Together, they bring a strong mix of agency and campaign expertise that is invaluable to our clients as they make decisions on when and where to spend their ad budgets, and how to break through to difficult to reach audiences,” said Stephanie Cutter, Precision co-founder and partner.

“I’m excited to join the Precision team and work with such a talented and diverse group of people to bring cutting-edge paid advertising strategies to top-notch clients,” said Andy. “Meeting audiences and voters of all backgrounds where they are requires a new kind of advertising strategy and this growing team is uniquely positioned to help the companies and organizations we partner with gain an edge.”
