Alexandra Ozols is a senior associate on the communications team at Precision, where she develops narratives and strategic plans for a range of civic, advocacy, and political organizations as well as corporations.

Before joining Precision, Ali worked on the communications team as a speechwriter to New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio. There, she developed remarks across a breadth of public policy areas and city life, including education, health, transportation, immigration, and environmental stewardship. She wrote addresses for groundbreakings, commemorations, and bill signings, and helped advocate for the reauthorization of the Zadroga Act.

More recently, as an advisor in the Mayor’s Office of Operations, she worked to advance interagency initiatives and projects. In this role, she helped communicate ongoing commitments ranging from street safety to open data. She also studied the state of caregiving and was on the team that develops New York City’s strategic plan OneNYC.

Ali graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Classics from Wesleyan University.
