Andy is a senior vice president at Precision where he leads the paid media team. He brings over a decade of digital and advertising experience to the table working with major brands like T-Mobile and Wells Fargo, top-tier Democratic candidates up and down the ballot like U.S. Senator Doug Jones of Alabama and Montana Governor Steve Bullock, as well as national advocacy organizations, such as End Citizens United, Voto Latino, and Protect Our Care.

Most recently, Andy led the paid media division at Mothership Strategies, where he founded the Democratic digital agency’s advertising and advocacy practices and led the execution of high-impact paid communications programs. During the 2018 election cycle, he worked with campaigns up and down the ballot to translate polling and objectives into game-changing digital plans. His work helped elect 85 Democrats — including 3 U.S. Senators, 44 Congressional challengers and incumbents, and 38 state and local candidates — as well as register 170,000 Latinx voters and raise $150 million dollars online. Leveraging his technical know-how and industry expertise, he also helped Mothership Strategies develop key systems for recruitment and capacity building and enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Previously, Andy worked at consulting agencies developing innovative social and digital communication strategies for startups, nonprofits, Fortune 100 companies, multinational corporations, and foreign governments. He also created a first-ever social analytics offering to uncover top influencers and key insights for client campaigns.  Andy has also worked for the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Global Leadership Campaign, and Obama for America.
