Christian Radden is an executive assistant at Precision, where he provides high-level support to founding partner Stephanie Cutter and works across departments to help organize the day to day functions of the firm.

In his role at Precision, Christian oversees scheduling and logistics planning, conducts research across policy areas, and partners with Precision leadership and clients to ensure efficient communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

Before joining Precision, Christian served as the traveling chief of staff to former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe during his gubernatorial bid in 2021. In this role, Christian managed Governor McAuliffe’s scheduling and logistics — helping maximize his time on the campaign trail — and led planning with various campaign departments for trips and events involving the governor and other key surrogates.

Prior to working for Governor McAuliffe, Christian served as a political analyst at Blue Compass Strategies, a progressive political and opposition research consulting firm, where he kept clients informed on the political landscape heading into the 2020 general election and provided insights on top Senate and House races across the country. Relating to the 2020 presidential election, Christian also worked advance on former Congressman Beto O’Rourke’s campaign, who he accompanied on dozens of trips across the country before moving to Iowa, where he helped lead trip efforts in the state.

Following his time with the O’Rourke campaign, Christian joined the advance team for the campaign of now-President Joe Biden. Christian executed numerous events while in Iowa and several other early primary states, and worked with the Biden campaign through the general election. Christian also comes to Precision with a background in communications, having served as the deputy communications director at the Democratic Party of Virginia during the 2018 midterms, where he helped oversee messaging for the state party.

Christian graduated with a bachelor’s degree in government and international politics and a concentration in American institutions from George Mason University, and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
