At Precision, Graham works with a diverse set of clients in the non-profit, education, corporate, and advocacy spaces to develop and achieve their communications goals. Prior to joining Rep. Ruiz, Graham focused his communications work in the South—working to advance progressive candidates, campaigns, and policies in his home state of Arkansas and in Texas. During his experience in the campaign world, he served as communications director for Red-to-Blue candidate Clarke Tucker; press secretary for Conner Eldridge’s U.S. Senate race; and communications director for the Democratic Party of Arkansas.

In each position, he’s pushed the envelope with clear, concise, and emotional messaging on topics such as health care, the economy, racial justice, veterans, immigration reform, environmental justice, and much more.

Graham holds a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas where he served as the president of the Student Senate and a captain of the inaugural Hendrix football team.
