Jenn Ridder has over a decade of national political campaign experience. An expert at building winning campaigns from the ground up, she has deep experience with grassroots organizing, paid media, data and analytics, and political strategy.

Most recently, Jenn served as the national states director for President Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign. In that capacity, she built teams and strategy across 17 battleground states, overseeing thousands of staff. In order to adapt to the uncertainties brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, she helped build a record-breaking voter contact program that reimagined grassroots and online organizing. Jenn started the 2020 campaign cycle as the manager for Governor Steve Bullock’s presidential campaign.

Previously, Jenn managed the winning governor’s race for first openly gay man elected to lead a state in U.S. history — Gov. Jared Polis. The Denver Post called the campaign, “one of the most disciplined campaigns in modern history.” Before that, she recruited congressional candidates and oversaw congressional campaigns as the mountain-west political director at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC). In 2014, Jenn served as the deputy campaign manager for Sen. Mark Udall’s campaign and before that worked on both of President Obama’s campaigns.

A Colorado native, Jenn is an avid skier and die-hard Rockies fan. In 2019, Jenn was named one of the “40 under 40” by the American Association of Political Consultants.
