Jessica Blum is an associate vice president at Precision. She has years of experience overseeing holistic digital programs for campaigns of all sizes. At Precision, she brings her expertise to support campaigns, causes, and corporations on all things digital — ranging from paid media to social strategy and everything in between.
Prior to joining Precision, she built the digital campaign services team at EMILY’s List from the ground up. During her tenure, she advised federal and gubernatorial campaigns on all aspects of their digital strategy from launch through election day and trained campaign staffers on effective digital tactics and skills. She also spent several years at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and was a proud member of the history-making team that took back the House of Representatives in 2018. As the committee’s first ever Midwest digital director, she helped flip nine of the toughest seats on the map from red to blue, overseeing millions of dollars in ad spending across key races while raising millions of dollars online in the process.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s in government, politics, and journalism from the University of Maryland, where she developed her die-hard love of Terps basketball. A Maryland native, she now lives in Washington, D.C.
