Jocelyn Huang is a paid digital advertising principal with five years of experience in owned, earned, and paid digital media, specializing in nonprofit and political advocacy organizations.

Her main focus at Precision is overseeing digital paid advertising strategy and implementation for a multitude of clients across a number of issues and industries. She has worked with clients needing direct general population outreach as well as action-driving campaigns across the country.

Prior to Precision, Jocelyn most recently served as Truth Initiative’s paid social manager on their inaugural in-house digital media team. As the one-stop-shop for all things paid social, she drove full-funnel paid social strategies, media planning, and implementation for Truth’s youth awareness and direct response campaigns. While at Truth, she led the charge on innovating their advertising presence to better reflect what Gen Z responds to, culminating in over 300,000 young people fully enrolled in Truth’s flagship vaping cessation program, This is Quitting.

Before Truth Initiative, Jocelyn worked as a paid media specialist at other agencies, largely working with Democratic and progressive leaning candidates, nonprofits, and organizations. In that time, she worked on paid media strategy and implementation for clients such as The Obama Foundation, Planned Parenthood, National Audubon Society, and SEIU.

Jocelyn graduated from Marywood University with a bachelor’s degree in English and minor concentrations in writing and political science. A proud New Jerseyan at heart, she currently lives in Silver Spring, MD, with her partner and pet cat, Aria.
