Jon Ganzarski is an analytics and visualization professional who has worked with global brands and organizations on modernizing and advancing their data strategies and infrastructure, quantitative and qualitative insights, and reporting processes.

At Precision, Jon is a principal on the data and analytics team. He focuses on creating data-driven insights for corporate, non-profit, political, and advocacy clients by leveraging big data, data modeling, and data visualization.

Prior to joining Precision, Jon was a consultant at CoEnterprise, helping teams at Fortune 500 clients across sectors — including pharma, retail, manufacturing, and government — implement Tableau reporting and big data analytics, modernize and tune their data environment and infrastructure, and effectively communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.

He previously held analyst roles at UJA Federation of New York working on fundraising analytics, donor retention, and financial tracking and reporting; and at Messina Quantitative Research focusing on polling, targeting, and mobilization.

Jon has an MBA in marketing and business analytics and a BA in geography with a focus in economic and retail analysis, both from Binghamton University. He and his wife live in Manhattan.
