Lydia Field is a senior associate on the data and analytics team at Precision. She conducts data reporting and media monitoring for political, non-profit, and corporate clients.
At Precision, Lydia works with clients including a leading technology company to make strategic recommendations and track relevant discussion across social media platforms. She assists in data analytics, reporting, landscape analyses, and influencer tracking.
Prior to joining Precision, Lydia served as a research and recruiting associate at Goldsmith & Co., an asset management-focused executive search firm. At Goldsmith, she worked closely with clients in the financial services and investment industry, led internal new business research, and supported project and data management efforts.
Lydia graduated from Carleton College with a degree in political science and international relations with minors in French, Arabic and Middle Eastern studies. While at Carleton, Lydia studied abroad in France and Morocco, taught rock climbing courses, and interned at a political tech startup and a French research institute. Lydia grew up in Connecticut and currently lives in New York, NY.
