Mary Moczula is an operations, marketing, and business development professional who thrives at the intersection of creativity and process. She has a decade of experience helping brands develop market positioning and refine internal processes to encourage growth and productivity and build happier teams. Through her varied experience in business strategy, project management, and production, she’s led multimillion-dollar new business projects, managed creative and marketing teams, and produced creative content for platforms ranging from social media to television.

At Precision, Mary oversees all marketing initiatives for the agency, including events, conferences, social media, thought leadership, and awards. As the agency’s first-ever marketing director, she set up multiple systems and processes to streamline marketing efforts, increase agency visibility, and define brand style and voice. She leads a team of representatives from all practice areas to build and execute a unified strategy for the firm.

Before joining Precision, Mary led marketing and growth strategy at AxiCom, a WPP company. She reported directly to the U.S. President and supported her as lead project manager on special projects for the newly-rebranded company. At AxiCom, Mary helped define a growth-focused marketing strategy while creating and managing a new business process. She also worked closely with the agency’s design lead to develop internal and external creative assets.

Prior to working at AxiCom, Mary spent several years at Burson-Marsteller (now BCW Global) where she served as project manager on high-value new business pitches across verticals including technology, entertainment, corporate, and healthcare. She then launched and led the U.S. marketing committee before ultimately moving to a global role, supporting prospecting and marketing across all regions. She also managed all creative for business development projects, including graphic design and video production.

Before joining the agency world, Mary was a segment producer for the ESPN television show named Highly Questionable. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in psychology and a minor in media studies. She currently lives in New York City.
