Mary Moczula is a marketing director with several years of experience helping companies develop their market positioning and refine processes to encourage growth.

At Precision, Mary oversees all marketing initiatives for the agency, including events, conferences, social media, thought leadership, and awards. She leads a team of representatives from all practices areas to build and execute a unified strategy for the firm.

Before joining Precision, Mary led marketing and growth strategy at AxiCom, a WPP company. At AxiCom, she focused on defining the newly-rebranded agency’s market positioning and developing a corresponding growth-focused strategy. She also created a new business process for the agency, spearheading the development of all supporting material and systems.

Prior to working at AxiCom, Mary spent several years at Burson-Marsteller (now BCW Global) where she initially served as project manager on high value new business pitches across verticals including technology, corporate, healthcare and public affairs. She then launched and led the U.S. marketing team before ultimately moving to a global role, leading prospecting and marketing across all regions. She also managed all creative for business development projects, including graphic design and video production.

Before joining the agency world, Mary was a segment producer for the ESPN television show named Highly Questionable. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in psychology and a minor in media studies, and currently lives in New York.
