Miranda Margowsky is a senior-level strategist with a winning record of driving communications campaigns for companies, organizations, and causes. At Precision, Miranda leverages her experience in politics and public affairs and her expertise in technology, health care, and financial services to manage teams and provide high-level strategic communications guidance.

Before joining Precision, Miranda spent seven years on Capitol Hill, working for members of Democratic leadership in the Senate and House. As deputy communications director for Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), Miranda communicated Stabenow’s priorities as the #4 Senate Democrat and a senior member of the Senate Finance Committee. She also served as a spokesperson on Stabenow’s winning re-election campaign in 2018, the cycle in which Democrats flipped Michigan back to blue.

Before joining Stabenow’s office, Miranda served as press secretary for House Democratic Caucus Chairman Xavier Beccera (D-CA) in his leadership office. She also worked as press secretary for Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-TX), helping elevate Cuellar’s profile as a national leader on border issues. Miranda’s first job in politics was as a field organizer on President Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign in Miami, Florida.

Miranda holds a master’s degree in global policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where she completed a capstone calling for digital identification reform. She graduated from Harvard University with a degree in history in 2012.
