Paul Bell

Paul Bell is a communications and digital strategist with over ten years experience advising campaigns, nonprofits, government and Fortune 50 companies in designing and executing creative campaigns, managing crises, telling compelling stories, and engaging target audiences.
At Precision, Paul brings an entrepreneurial and problem-solving focus to his clients’ strategies. He manages teams for clients who benefit from his deep digital and congressional experience using offline and online tactics to make an impact on influencer audiences.
Paul joined Precision after many years working for members of Congress and political campaigns where he managed communications and digital strategy. He served as lead spokesman for Congressman Elijah Cummings and Democratic committee members on the Select Committee on Benghazi. In this role, he managed strategy and communications for one of the highest-profile hearings involving a presidential candidate in recent history.
Paul also worked in a variety of communications and digital roles for President Obama’s re-election campaign, U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu, U.S. Rep. Karen Bass, and Rep. Kendrick Meek’s campaign for U.S. Senate. In these roles, he developed digital campaigns that garnered nationwide earned media placement, designed digital solutions to solve problems and create efficiencies, and simultaneously oversaw and managed multiple teams that executed communications and digital initiatives.
Paul holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and political science from the University of Minnesota.
