Taylor Waterman

Field Network Director

Taylor Waterman serves as Field Network Director at Precision, where she leads and manages an extensive grasstops network of political operatives and insiders across all 50 states. In this role, she develops and executes targeted persuasion and stakeholder engagement campaigns designed to navigate complex and ever-changing political environments for clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, energy, and financial services. Her expertise lies in translating national and local political dynamics into strategic field operations that influence policy debates and build support among key decision-makers and constituencies at every level of government.

Prior to joining Precision, Taylor served as Political Director at Firehouse Strategies, where she helped design and implement targeted persuasion and grasstops programs for corporate, trade association, and nonprofit clients. Earlier in her career, she worked on Democratic campaigns across the country, leading voter contact efforts, organizing grassroots supporters, and mobilizing volunteers in highly competitive electoral environments. 

Taylor earned degrees in History and Political Science at Virginia Tech. Originally from Winchester, Virginia, she now resides in Washington, D.C.
