Therence Bien-Aime is an associate on the paid media team at Precision. He has helped develop and launch ad campaigns for a range of nonprofit and corporate clients.
At Precision, Therence works with clients such as Fair Census Project and Center for American Progress on advocacy awareness and engagement campaigns. He regularly assists with trafficking ads and updating reports, and has helped develop and optimize campaign strategy for a variety of objectives. He also supports the paid team with general project management and administrative duties.
Prior to joining Precision, Therence interned at Blueprint Interactive where he helped with ad operation and web development projects from within the firm’s integrated strategy matrix. He also helped direct programming and organic promotional efforts for the Dozo Dreamers non-profit and its annual celebratory festival.
Therence graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from Howard University. While at Howard, he led the relaunch of an organization on campus for students interested in the entertainment industry, and interned with various concert venues within the D.C. music scene. He was born and raised in Greater Boston and currently lives in D.C.
