Carolyn Freeman is a paid media and public policy expert with nearly a decade of experience accomplishing strategic goals for political candidates, media companies, and non-profits, on both in-house and agency teams. At Precision, she is focused on translating client goals into audience-centric advertising campaigns that are integrated with digital and comms tactics. Prior to working at Precision, she was on the growth team at Puck, where she used advertising to raise awareness and drive subscribers. She was also previously the digital advertising manager for Senator Cory Booker’s 2020 presidential campaign. Carolyn has worked on marketing campaigns at Stand Up America, Bully Pulpit International, and Outcast, across advocacy, political, and tech clients. She has a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Boston College, where she was the editor-in-chief of the student newspaper.
