Fátima Jerez-Munguia is an associate on the digital team at Precision. She assists in digital storytelling, content development, and strategy execution for various advocacy, non-profit, and political clients.

At Precision, Fátima works with clients such as the SEIU and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to elevate their digital presence and craft campaigns to enact action through social media. Prior to joining Precision, Fátima served as a youth advisory board member for Plan International USA where she spearheaded their youth leadership programming and contributed to Plan’s domestic digital strategies. She also interned at a media entertainment company where she directed research efforts for television and media projects. Additionally, Fátima assisted The Female Quotient Next-Gen marketing communications strategy and ran her own social media agency to aid female entrepreneurs. She has been a featured speaker at NYC Ad Week and The World Economic Forum. 

Fatima graduated from The College of William & Mary with a bachelor of business administration in marketing and a minor in sociology. While at William & Mary, she completed a year at the The London School of Economics and also studied abroad in Montpellier, France. She is originally from Nicaragua but spent the last ten years in Virginia; she now lives in New York City.
