Shauntel Ellis is an innovative, creative strategist with over fifteen years of experience in design, branding, and creative management. She directs successful creative campaigns that stimulate revenue growth, advance brand narratives, and clearly communicate an organization’s message.

At Precision, Shauntel develops and manages the production of brand campaigns and integrated programs for corporate, non-profit, and political clients. She assists in leading the in-house creative team and oversees the successful creation and deployment of deliverables for clients and manages production timelines and workflow.

Prior to joining Precision, Shauntel served as the creative director for Mayor Muriel Bowser of Washington, D.C. There, she oversaw the execution of branding and marketing campaigns; managed the design of print, digital, and web materials; and led a team of creatives. Prior to the Mayor’s office, she led graphic design for the Washington, D.C. office of the global law firm Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton and has also worked in creative project management roles in local government, tech, and publishing.

Shauntel holds a master’s degree in publishing with a concentration in design from George Washington University, and a bachelor of arts degree from Howard University. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and resides in Maryland with her husband and daughter.
