Sian Lewis is a researcher and data scientist with measurement, targeting, and experimentation expertise. At Precision, she uses her 15+ years of experience to focus on analytics and insights, leading AI, data science, market research, social listening, media analysis, survey, and polling research projects. Prior, she served as the Head of Research at A—B, chief data scientist at Booz Allen Hamilton,  political director for AFSCME, and led dozens of Democratic campaigns as campaign manager or in data, analytics, or targeting roles. She has received many accolades for her contributions to data science and research, including the 2021 Society of Women Engineers Spark Award, the 2021 Black Engineer of the Year Award, and the 2020 Women of Color in STEM All-Star Award.
