Following a year that featured several big wins in politics, agency-of-the-year recognition, and unprecedented growth across our corporate and nonprofit practices, Precision recruited award-winning designer Roselyn Igbani to serve as the agency’s first creative director, and Tim Rice, former Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW) corporate branding and financial services specialist, to serve as a director in its Strategic Communications practice.

Roselyn is a senior art director with over a decade of experience working in creative design, development, and management. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies on a variety of creative campaigns, with a specialty focus on advocacy-related design efforts. Her portfolio includes projects for T-Mobile, Southwest, PhRMA, Target, Dunkin’ Donuts, SAP, Procter & Gamble, Wells Fargo, CVS Health, American Hospital Association, and more. Roselyn comes to Precision from DDC Public Affairs, where she oversaw the vision and execution of digital campaigns through every stage of the development process and managed a staff of over 15 creatives. Prior to joining DDC, she spent several years as a designer and art director at SevenTwenty Strategies as well as The Creative Group. Roselyn has a knack for condensing complex issues into easily understandable and compelling creative pieces, working with clients to develop visual solutions to various challenges.

“An agency’s creative work is a critical piece of telling the story our clients want, and need, to tell,” said Teddy Goff, Precision co-founder. “Roselyn Igbani is a first-class art director, designer, and strategist. She’s joining Precision as our first-ever creative director, and will take our already industry-leading creative team to a new level.”

Tim comes to Precision with more than 15 years of agency and corporate communications experience, most recently as an executive vice president, managing director at BCW where he managed a team of over 100 people. His areas of expertise include corporate and brand positioning, executive communications and visibility, strategic media relations, issues management, and headline risk mitigation. He has spent the past decade providing counsel to some of the largest and most recognizable financial services organizations in the world, serving as a deputy global client lead on BCW’s full portfolio of work for a leading bank as well as a corporate communications leader for PNC Financial Services Group. Tim’s public relations and campaign work has earned several awards, including a PRWeek Award in Corporate Branding and a PRSA Silver Anvil in Integrated Consumer Communications. He was named to PRWeek’s annual 40 under 40 list in 2019.

“Tim’s expertise in building multi-tiered corporate campaigns across industries is second to none,” said Stephanie Cutter, Precision co-founder. “He has led big teams, is a financial sector expert, and knows how to break new ground for clients. We are thrilled to have him join the Precision team.”

Earlier this month, Precision also welcomed Jenn Ridder, former national states director of Biden for President, to serve as a managing director in the mobilization and campaign management practice.
