Adam Cubbage is the Chief Executive Officer of Precision.
Adam leads Precision and is responsible for its strategy, direction, the quality of its client service, the standards of its work, the recruitment and development of its people, and its operations and financial performance. He also serves as a senior counselor to clients and works directly on the firm’s most complex assignments.
Precision is a leading provider of strategic communications, public affairs, digital media, proprietary AI tools, data and analytics to a diversified, blue-chip client base, with more than 125 people across Washington, D.C. and New York. Clients come to the firm when the stakes are highest and reputation, policy, legal exposure and business performance move together, each one demanding to be handled with an eye to the others. The firm’s recent acquisition of Firehouse Strategies extends that work across a 50-state network, so campaigns can be executed nationally and in the individual states where outcomes are decided.
Adam joined Precision from DGA Group, where he served as Head of DGA, Americas and a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee, overseeing the Americas Strategic Communications, U.S. Government Relations, Energy, and Latin America & Caribbean business units and the global Business Intelligence group. He joined DGA in 2020 and was part of the executive team that launched the platform in 2021.
Before DGA, Adam was at FTI Consulting in London and New York, where he focused on special situations and crisis communications. He began his career as a practicing attorney at Shearman & Sterling (now A&O Shearman).
