Aleigha Cavalier is a communications and campaign strategist with more than ten years of experience in politics, advocacy, and government. At Precision, Aleigha helps political, advocacy, and corporate clients manage teams and build, execute, and win campaigns.
Prior to joining Precision, Aleigha served in the White House Office of Political Strategy and Outreach during the Biden-Harris administration, where she managed the climate and education political portfolios on behalf of the White House and led strategic planning for the Second Gentleman and the Cabinet. She also was the Northeast states director for the Biden for President campaign in 2020, securing wins in the crucial states of Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Hampshire, and Maine. She previously was communications director at NextGen America, and has served as the primary spokesperson for multiple political candidates and business leaders, including former Congressman Beto O’Rourke, Governor Deval Patrick, and Tom Steyer.
Aleigha is a first generation college graduate from Western Pennsylvania and got her start in Pittsburgh politics. She holds a master’s degree in strategic public relations from the George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in English writing and political science from the University of Pittsburgh. She now lives in the Mosaic District in Fairfax, VA.
