He works with some of the nation’s leading advocacy organizations and has played a central role in engineering and managing strategies for several landmark Supreme Court cases and other high-profile litigation, state ballot initiatives, legislative advocacy campaigns, Senate confirmation battles, and public education initiatives — on a range of issues from criminal justice reform to marriage equality.

Before joining Precision, Ben served as spokesperson for Sen. Debbie Stabenow where he crafted and managed messaging and communications strategy around the reauthorization of the 2014 Farm Bill, culminating in an elaborate and multi-tiered effort focused on issues from food stamps and conservation policy to international trade and nutrition policy. Ben began his work in the Senate under Sen. Blanche Lincoln, before which he worked at the Glover Park Group where he focused on clients in the energy, environment, and sustainability spaces. He also helped craft and execute targeted, issue-based campaigns for an array of corporate and non-profit clients at FD Dittus Communications as well as the public affairs firm SDI.

Ben holds a Master of Arts degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University.
