Ben Gerow is a strategic communications professional with nearly a decade of experience in corporate affairs, crisis communications, public advocacy, and executive visibility.

At Precision, Ben serves as a Vice President of Strategic Communications, advising clients on integrated communications strategy and high-stakes media challenges. He has guided C-suite leaders through major forums, including the World Economic Forum in Davos, managed high-profile litigation, and helped lead a fentanyl awareness campaign in partnership with the First Lady of Virginia.

Prior to joining Precision, Ben served as a Director at Pinkston, where he led communications strategy across a diverse portfolio of corporate, nonprofit, association, and advocacy clients. Earlier, he spent several years on the corporate media relations team at Marriott International, helping navigate the company’s communications through the COVID-19 pandemic. He also worked at SunStar Strategic, where he focused on financial and business press coverage for growth-stage clients.

Ben holds a degree in marketing management with a minor in communications from Virginia Tech.
