Xindi (Cindy) Lyu is a designer and creative technologist working across product design, branding, motion, digital experiences, and design engineering.
At Precision, Cindy supports the creative team across digital campaigns, visual systems, and web experiences for corporate, advocacy, and public affairs clients. Her work spans UI/UX design, brand storytelling, and creative production, helping build scalable and visually cohesive digital experiences.
Prior to joining Precision, Cindy worked across fintech, media, and creative industries. Most recently, she designed digital product experiences at Discover Financial Services, contributing to web and mobile experiences focused on financial tools and customer engagement. She has also worked on brand, motion, and interactive design projects for clients including NBCUniversal and technology startups focused on AI and XR. Her work has received international recognition in motion, graphic design, branding, and innovation design.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts and a dual Master’s degree in Design Engineering from Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design(RISD). She is currently based in New York City.
