Graham Stephens is an associate vice president of strategic communications at Precision, specializing in digital strategy for corporate, non-profit, and advocacy clients.

At Precision, Graham develops and implements innovative digital campaigns across a diverse portfolio, with a particular focus on building digital outreach across email and mobile.

Graham comes to Precision with a political and nonprofit background. He was senior digital program manager at Avalon Consulting, where he built digital fundraising and membership programs for national and local nonprofit clients, including the Smithsonian’s National Zoo and the National Parks Conservation Association. Prior to Avalon, he served as deputy digital fundraising director at the Democratic Governors Association, where he helped manage a fundraising program that raised nearly $40 million toward electing Democratic governors during the 2022 cycle. Graham also led digital fundraising strategy for various political campaigns and organizations while at Run the World Digital and was an organizer for Senator Tim Kaine’s campaign in 2018. 

Graham grew up in Richmond, Virginia but calls Washington, D.C. home and holds a double major in Government and History from the College of William and Mary.
