Ira Hayes

Ira Hayes is the human resources associate on the operations team at Precision. In this role, she manages payroll, benefits administration, and compliance, as well as supports both performance and resource management processes.

Before joining Precision, Ira worked as a human resources generalist for a USAID Implementing Partner consulting firm, where she led core HR functions for a staff dedicated to advancing conservation and development efforts.

Ira received her B.A. from Western Governors University, where she majored in human resources management. She currently resides in Virginia with her husband and three cats.
