Lubna Sebastian is a principal on the communications team at Precision. She supports a range of advocacy groups and corporate clients in telling their stories and reaching campaign goals.

At Precision, Lubna supports clients with strategic and crisis communications, message development, and day-to-day media relations. She has worked with corporate, advocacy, and political clients including Gilead Sciences and the Service Employees International Union.

Prior to joining Precision, Lubna oversaw strategic project management for the 59th Presidential Inaugural Committee’s Office of Public Engagement. She also served on President Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign as the National Director of Students for Biden, the student engagement program she initially developed for the primary campaign’s organizing team.

Lubna graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor of arts in political economy. She was born in New Delhi, India and raised in Bethesda, MD.
