Mackenzie Lyons is an associate on the data and analytics team with prior political and research experience. At Precision, Mackenzie assists her team in utilizing effective data collection to inform strategic recommendations for corporate, political, advocacy, and nonprofit clients.
Prior to joining the team full-time, Mackenzie interned at Precision for a semester, where she worked with advocacy-based groups and philanthropic organizations. Previously, she served as an intern in Senator Duckworth’s (D-IL) office and an intern for both Governor JB Pritzker’s campaigns in 2018 and 2022. Her other internship experience includes working for the Northern District of Illinois Bankruptcy Court and a litigation firm in Chicago.
Mackenzie graduated summa cum laude with a degree in international affairs and psychological and brain sciences from George Washington University. While at GWU, she founded an undergraduate publication that encompassed a wide range of political issues and was a member of the GWU Mock Trial team. She was born in Chicago and currently lives in New York.
