Maddy Knaak

Maddy Knaak is an associate on the Field Network Team, where she supports the firm’s nationwide field and advocacy operations by helping coordinate stakeholder engagement, grasstops activation, and multi-state public affairs campaigns for major corporate clients.

Prior to Precision, Maddy served as special assistant at Firehouse Strategies, where she supported the two founding partners by managing schedules, conducting research, securing media opportunities, developing communications materials, and overseeing office operations. Maddy also worked as deputy to the director of business development, contributing to all biz dev and marketing initiatives.

Previously, Maddy managed Democratic campaigns for the Wisconsin State Assembly and the Dane County Board of Supervisors. She then transitioned into a policy analyst within the Wisconsin State Assembly and later interned on Capitol Hill in the House of Representatives.

A proud Wisconsinite, Maddy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and legal studies.
