Molly McInerney is a principal on the digital strategy team, where she helps clients define and refine their strategy to tell their story, reach their audience, and achieve their goals, online.
Prior to joining Precision, Molly was an early employee at the polling and public opinion research firm, Change Research. At Change Research, she led the company’s marketing and communications, spearheading its public polling, media relations, digital events, and external communications. She also worked with political, advocacy, and private sector clients to craft effective qualitative and quantitive research programs and drove account management and business development.

Molly holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Her emphasis at the Ford School was on international policy and politics, with a particular focus on international conflict and migration. She is a fourth-generation San Francisco Bay Area native and currently lives in New York City.
