Monzurat Oni is an associate vice president on the digital team at Precision with ten years of experience in delivering digital campaigns across various industries.

At Precision, Monzurat uses her knowledge of the current digital landscape to manage digital programs for Bank of America, General Electric, and the Service Employees International Union.

Prior to working at Precision, Monzurat worked at several non-profits and early stage startups. As a digital manager at the Alliance for Safety and Justice, Monzurat worked to mobilize a network of over 300,000 crime survivors and formerly incarcerated people to advocate for effective policy change.

Before her time at Safe and Just, Monzurat was the digital engagement manager at GLSEN, a non-profit focused on advocating for LGBTQ+ students in K-12 schools. At GLSEN, Monzurat ran campaigns for several programs, including the Day of Silence, which supports students in thousands of schools around the country.

Monzurat holds a bachelor’s in international relations and a master’s in African studies from Stanford University. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and lives in Brooklyn, New York.
