Introducing the Inaugural Precision Fellows

We believe the next generation of public affairs, communications, creative, and data leaders isn’t waiting to be discovered, they’re already here. That’s the vision behind the Precision Fellows Program. The program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to bring exceptional emerging talent into the heart of what we do, and give them the tools, mentorship, and real-world exposure to do it at the highest level.  

We are proud to announce the launch of the program, and even prouder to introduce the five exceptional individuals who make up our inaugural class. Starting in June, our Fellows will be joining us full time across our DC and NYC offices through December, integrating fully into our teams and gaining hands-on experience delivering the kind of game-changing outcomes Precision is known for. 

Toby Winick

Data Fellow

A recent Tufts University graduate in International Relations and Political Science, Toby brings experience in both data and communications and looks forward to blending the two at Precision. Outside of work, he’s a baseball fan and guitarist. 

Amelia Ortiz

Strategic Communications Fellow

Graduating from Brown University with a degree in Political Science, Amelia is originally from Los Angeles and brings creativity and curiosity shaped by a passion for politics, art, and the outdoors.

Sarah Davey

Strategic Communications Fellow

A Fordham University Political Science graduate returning after a stellar Fall 2024 internship, Sarah is passionate about using media strategy to advocate for pressing societal challenges, with a focus on nonprofit and public affairs clients. 

Luci Lobin

Strategic Communications Fellow

A University of Arizona graduate in Communication and Public Relations, Luci’s honors thesis examined leadership communication across industries. A Chicago native, she studied abroad in Madrid, served as a college ambassador, and worked in Athletics.  

Sebastian Chapman

Creative Fellow

A graphic designer and illustrator born in Venezuela, Sebastian brings a rich visual sensibility honed at the Society of Illustrators and the Museum of the Moving Image. His queer cookbook, Pasta Papi: Spill the Tea, Toss the Pasta, blends culinary art with design, typography, and activism. He is also a 2024-2025 Graphic Communication Scholarship Foundation recipient.

Together, this inaugural class represents something we’re deeply proud of. They bring a diversity of backgrounds, skills, and perspectives united by a shared drive to do meaningful work. From data analytics to creative design, from public affairs strategy to nonprofit communications, they bring exactly the range of thinking our clients, and the world, need right now. 

We can’t wait to see the impact they make.
